It always seems flooded. Beaver dam, I figure. The water in places is somewhere between your sparkplug and carb bottom, I'd say. Time to take the feet off the pegs and ride it like a cowboy!

I did some researching, map reading etc. and it seams there might be two ways in. Do you go down a road that crosses railroad tracks? This could just be my terrible maping skills.

That's the one, it crosses the tracks. You can also Google Earth it and see the prison from above.
