has anyone tried these out? i think they look cool and was wondering how they are. im building my first ct and it will be used on the streets

I have never seen them myself,but i would try to find something closer to home.Although he has pretty good feedback .I'm just always gun-shy about ordering from overseas, not to mention the $30.00 shipping cost.

yea i tried to talk them down on the shipping but they replied in broken english with a sentance that made no sense haha

i saw the same ones in the US but they wanted like 50 plus shipping so it would have been around the same price

Well, it's a terrible schematic the seller provided. The picture is trimmed out just where the important info is. Anyway, those are basically ct70-style shocks with a chrome lower skirt. The top chrome skirt could be a bit longer, too. I've seen those kinds of shocks with the lower skirt on the early C-100s or C-105 Cubs, except they would be painted the colour of the bike. I'll say one thing, they're about as much chrome as you could get on a stock-type rear shock.

are the stock shocks any good for street riding? i weigh around 130

If the bike is stock and with only a 130lb. person,stock shocks should be no problem.

i wanted to put some kind of better motor than stock. havent decided what yet tho. either some kind of modded crf50 motor and just a lifan150 or yx160
