Hi, new to the board and the CT70. Recently bought a "restored" 1970 CT70 (like the one from my youth). I have been looking the bike over and have found that the restorer took some short cuts...the ignition was wrong...in researching this found that the wiring harness had a number of connectors that were not hooked up. Bought a new ignition and harness. In replacing the old harness found that the restored put in a used late model harness for turn signals and who know what else! Put in the new harness and ignition...but found that I do not have bulbs, sockets/harnesses for the speedo light and high beam light.

So, here is the question. Does any one repop these parts? Does any one have them in good used shape? New here and still trying to find the key parts suppliers. Any help will be appreciated. Henry

You can get the bulbs and other items for electrical components at Beatrice Cycle (dratv.com). Beatrice and CHP (hondaminitrail.com) are two of the most reliable sources for these bike in my opinion.

The bulbs, as mentioned above, are easy to find. The wires and bulb sockets for KO and HKO speedometers are interchangable but, are no longer being made. Your best bet is to shop Ebay. You can always find old CT70 speedometers for sale on there. Just make sure they include the wires and sockets you need before you bid on or buy one. Good Luck!
