A few things to check.
1. Make sure you have a new NGK plug in there.
2. Replace your points and condenser.
3. Make sure your intake and exhaust valve clearances are correct.
4. Make sure your spark plug boot is good and making good contact with the plug wire.
5. Check the inside of the flywheel and make sure it is dry and clean.
You will need a flywheel puller and a good honda or clymers manual to do the job properly or just look on this forum for a honda repair manual which you can look at or download.

I have never come across a magic wand fix yet! If you find it let me know!
There are too many things to cause lack of spark that eliminates one magic answer. Troubleshooting is the name of the game when it comes to anything mechanical. Good luck!
