Stuck Piston

Hello - Help! (please) I have a CT70 engine that was bought 'cheap' for the bottom end; the top end is missing and the piston is stuck, stuck, stuck! I've tried soaking in PB blaster . . . I can get to the bottom of the piston (the cylinder moves with it) - nothing is freeing after weeks of soaking. I think the piston is junk and the cylinder would have to be rebored anyway so I'm ready to get more radical, but would like to save as many of the good parts as I can. I'm debating drilling holes in the top of the piston then using a cold chisel to tear it out piece by piece. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Split the cases, then put the rod/crank assembly out the bottom of a bench vise (loose) and beat on the top of the piston with a piece of wood to get it out of the cylinder. If the piston is that froze you will probably want to take a good look inside the cases too! my .02 worth.
