CHP Handlebars - 11-12-2008, 06:09 PM

I got the first set of handlebars from CHP today. They are awsome. Anyone who needs handlebars I suggest you get them while you can.

They are spot on. YEs they have the perches on both sides. Ask hornetgod he stopped by today to look at them. I'm not good at posting pics sorry.

The bars look damn near perfect. The perches and and holes are all consistent with stock KO bars. Other than the bars being ever so slightly uneven they are a spot on match for stock bars.

Could one of you possibly post a picture of the bars mounted from the seat?

Do you mean the grips are not even with each other? Or that the bars are not spaced evenly?

I'm saying as you sit on the bike one handle bar sits a half inch higher than the other side. It's not noticable at first. I bought a set of these bars from another member a while back and they are a little off too. I ended up breaking the weld trying to straighten it out.

Too most it will be unnoticable and they are much better than a rusty or bent set you already have.

Everytime I call or e-mail CHP the answer is always the same "Currently back ordered will arrive in 6 weeks". When I call or e-mail 6 weeks later they tell me the same thing. I told Ryan, I bet you'll never see those bars and I was proven wrong. I hope the seats show up soon. That's the last thing I really need.
