CTRIDER-- I'm Located in southern, Ontario.

Lifan parts and crate engines wouldn't be out of the question. Probably geared more towards the parts though. As for the engines, it would be very costly to have a few blocks sitting on the shelf. Within time it may be something to consider. If someone wanted one, at least you would know I could get it!

Are more guys just replacing engines over rebuilding them? I prefer to rebuild myself. I tried to keep my engine as much "Honda" parts as possible with the exception of the DRP 88cc cylinder kit and cam!

What parts do you think would be best to have more of, repair parts or performance? I would like to see equal portions of each, but that my perspective.

Thanks,
Keep the feedback rollin' in!

Both would be ideal. I mostly rebuild these engines too, with the top end either getting redone, or swapped out for the 88-sized kit w/carb. Still have plenty of running stockers around these parts though, too.

I haven't seen hardly any CT's on the road or off-road here in this area(Southern,Ontario). Which concerns me when considering this.

Although, like I said earlier, the people that see mine at the shop mention they have one and would like to get it running/restored. I think if the advertisments and information were placed under there nose they would bite. I think then I would see them popping up every where, I hope!

I think every motorcycle enthusiast grew up straddled over a CT70 or Z50 I would like to see some numbers from Honda Canada to see how many were sold from 1970-1982. It would probably be outstanding!

Just keep in mind if you run a business and market to members of this forum, you need to contact the site owner and discuss advertising rates.

Additionally, DRP is Rovasa's private label and the quality of DRP parts isn't that great. Not terrible, but not great.
