What larger diameter size street tires will fit a 110 Lifan CT-70 clone?

I want to gear my 110 Lifan higher but I also want larger tires than the 3:50x10 the bike came with. I could have both with the larger diameter tires. I've heard the 120x90x10 will fit but the only pictures I've seen are of the original forks with the high fender. I can't find any 110x90x10 size which would be a 4:00x10 equivelant.

My Lifan is the common CT-70 clone sold by Hoopers and others. It has a low fender and hydraulic type forks.
