Buying a new clone

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled on an 03 Chinese clone CT70 on Craiglist and bought it for $500. It was perfect! I've had to repair a broken speedo, replace a missing air cleaner and repair a few scratches, but other than that it was in great shape.
It has an auto 4 speed and top out at 45.
I would like to buy a new one so I go riding with family and friends, but can't decide who to go to. I live in Calif. and would like to register this one for the road for an occasional jaunt to the store.
I've looked at Hooper imports, trail buddy and retrobikes and trail buddy is the only one that doesn't offer an automatic clutch.
I'm also waiting on shipping costs.
Any of you with recent buying experiences please chime in.

Grats on the new Bike.

Hooper Imports is a great place, Larry is a good guy and always takes care of us. Trail Buddy is a great place too, those guys have a good thing going up there. I personally havent rode any of their bikes, but we might be ordering one soon
