I ordered a $$$ worth a few weeks ago and recieved it fine. Quick shipping. Then another $$$ just over a week ago. Recievied it fine. I was bumbed I did not get it by the weekend but it was labor day weekend. What I was more bumbed about is UPS's lack of updating the tracking of the package. Thats why I spent the extra shipping $. Next time USPS.

I have had many more smaller $ orders and no problems. I will order from them again and again until I'm in the poor house.

What does the stock market have to do with shipping delays?

I've ordered from them at least 15 times over the last few years, never a problem. I placed 2 orders in the past 3 weeks, received each via priority mail in 3 days.

I just e mailed them regarding some parts..its been about a week now and no answer??

They have been good to me over the years , but it does make a difference to talk to a real live person, for some reason it seams to give you more confidence in the company your dealing with , Craig.

I just received an order from them yesterday which was ordered last Thursday.That's a pretty good timeframe considering the weekend and holiday.

I find that having orders shipped USPS is faster then UPS.

I guess Jack gets tired of answering technical questions. The guy has a business to run and if he spent a portion of his time answering the phone or replying to emails, someone's order may not get out that day.

But then again, a little P.R. couldn't hurt. But that's his decision and I can respect that.

Nearly three quarters of my replacement parts were ordered from Dr ATV (Beatrice). Top notch inventory and lightning fast shipment. All parts I've ordered arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

i agree with that, and i think the post office people are nicer than the ups people
