I ordered a simple gas cap from this company. After waiting over three weeks for it, I asked to have my money refunded. Its been over two weeks now and I still haven't got the money back. Ive sent many emails, and made many phone calls and I am not getting anywhere.

I don't mean to be rude about this but I just thought I would let you all know. Just so you don't end up being in this situation like I am.

Threaten him with better business bureau and tell him you've got nothing better to do but make his life miserable until you get refund.

Im trying to be calm about this. but im not happy at all. Im a business school major and this is not how to treat customers.

CC Company Should be able to help, sometimes with these things. Sometimes not, I've had mixed success, disputing item with the Credit Card Co. help.

Are all of those links the same company you ordered the cap from?

I ordered the cap from Welcome to www.theatvshop.com I found out that one company owns all of them. In other words don't buy from any on the list.

I am embarrassed to admit that I got hou-dooed by Brad as well. I had not seen the postings about his poor business practices before I ordered a hard to find part for my ct. Of course, same as the others, waited and waited for the part, no tracking number as promised. When it arrived, it was clearly the wrong part. Sent wrong part back on my dime. Emailed him a pic of what the correct part should look like. He said he has the correct part, would send it out. After a couple weeks of calling and watching the mail and UPS for a delivery, I disputed the payment with my cc company. I have already paid cc company and they have already paid him. But I am confident they will get theirs, and hopefully, eventually, I will get refunded as well.

I can only figure that the way he stays in business is by unsuspecting buyers like me who have not heard of him yet. I realize the CT rider types are a fun loving, easy going group, but I know some street bike riders that would treat Brad to a good old fashioned North Carolina azz whoppin for some of his business tactics.

Vinnie i agree with you fully. I don't understand how he can stay in business. I just finally got my refund from him today, 12 days ago he told me it would be in. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! this place is only about 50 miles away from us! I had considered going over there and checking them but I wont now.
