Anybody else have problems with Beatrice cycles?

They claim to have shipped off my $200 order 2 weeks ago.I still have not received it

They have not responded to my last e-mail and will not take questions over the phone.

My first two orders with them were great. Got my parts in 3 days. Bragged about it to friends.

I've had about 25 orders with no issues over a two year period, I have spoken to Jack on the phone, but was over a year ago. Hope nothing is wrong with the operations.

I've placed 3 or 4 orders with them over the last year and had no problems at all. I hope this isn't a new trend. If they won't take phone calls I think I'd start e-mailing them once a day and include a day time phone number. I'd also state that if I didn't receive some sort of satisfactory response within a reasonable period (say, . . three days) I would contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I've found that the minute that a company thinks you'll dispute a charge they jump through hoops to correct things, but maybe I've just been lucky.

I've ordered quite often from them over the past several years with the latest being about a month ago,and have never had any problems at all.Hopefully it's just a technical problem that will be resolved.We can't afford to lose them as one of our top supply sources.

Ive ordered several things from them over the past couple of months...pretty much OK. It is true you CANNOT talk to anyone on the phone if there is a problem, you must E-mail, it has taken them 2-3 days to reply. Ive been through two regulator rectifiers supposedly being 12 volt units for new 12v engines, both have only put out 6v, they dont seem to knowlegable with the electronics. Supposedly they are sending yet a third regulator...we'll see.

Parts just arrived via UPS! Not being able to talk to them freaked me out a little I guess.

Maybe I was spoiled by the 3 day ship in the past.

Great news, I just got a notification from them today my <ahem> multi-dollar order just shipped. First time (I think) I used UPS with them. They've been excellent so far for me too.

The price of gasoline and the stock market have caused delays in shippiing. Beatrice is doing all it can to help improve the US enonomy, global warming, unemployment, banking and the housing crisis.
